Bonus and wagering
The 12Play bonus page advertises 'Up To 150% Welcome Bonus'. New members pick one option: 100% up to MYR 588 on all games (x25 turnover), 150% up to MYR 300 on sports and esports (x10), or 100% up to MYR 300 on slots (x12). Each needs a MYR 30 minimum deposit and is for first-time sign-ups only, once per account.
Turnover counts on deposit plus bonus. The page's example: MYR 1,000 deposit plus MYR 1,000 bonus at x25 means MYR 50,000 turnover. Blackjack, poker, RNG games, Mega888, opposite bets, low-odds bets and roulette bets covering more than 24 numbers do not count. Read the full terms before you opt in.
Support and languages
12Play's contact page says support is available 24 hours a day, every day, through live chat. It lists 12support@12play.com for 'all Member Service enquiries', and the home page also shows support@12play.com. The home text mentions phone and Telegram, but gives no number or handle.
The official 12play21.com site has English (en-MY) and Chinese (zh-MY) locales and no Bahasa Malaysia locale, so if you prefer to read terms in Malay, that is a gap.
Licence and what it means
12Play's current site footer claims it is 'regulated and licensed by the Government of Montenegro, operating under the jurisdiction of E-Gambling Montenegro'. No licence number appears on any official page we read, and the footer's licence area shows only security badges and a Montenegro image. The footer gives a Malta address but no company name. With no number to look up, this site shows the licence claim as unverified.
The older official 12play15.com page claims a PAGCOR licence instead. PAGCOR stopped licensing offshore operators effective 31 December 2024, and on 29 June 2025 it warned that any offshore site claiming a PAGCOR licence is not authorised by it. Malaysia has no licensing regime for online casinos, so every operator listed here is offshore or unlicensed.
