GemBet runs a Malaysia site in MYR and lists DuitNow, Touch 'n Go, FPX and crypto deposits, a large stated game library and a sportsbook. It also lists an Anjouan licence number we have not checked. Its pages disagree on the minimum deposit, so confirm it in the cashier.
This GemBet review covers GemBet Malaysia, the MYR site at gemmybet.com, as checked on 11 September 2026. The footer names Grand Complications N.V., a Curaçao company, as owner, and Rockman Enterprises Limited in Cyprus runs payments. We have not opened an account or deposited. Operator details come from GemBet's own pages, Malaysia landing page and Help Centre; regulator context comes from our licence research.
GemBet's Malaysia landing page advertises 15,000+ games; a homepage article mentions 12,000+ slots and 1000+ live dealer games. Categories include slots, live casino, sports and esports betting, fishing and lottery games, jackpots, and mini-games such as Mines, Plinko and Crash.
Its Malaysia articles name Evolution, Pragmatic Play, Nolimit City, Hacksaw Gaming, Red Tiger, NetEnt, Vivo Gaming and CreedRoomz as providers. The landing FAQ says no app download is required and the site is optimised for mobile browsers on Android and iOS.
GemBet's Help Centre lists DuitNow, Touch 'n Go, SurePay and voucher deposits from MYR 30, and TruePay, EeziePay and crypto (USDT, Bitcoin) from MYR 100. Its landing FAQ says MYR 100 for DuitNow, a homepage FAQ MYR 50. The cashier adds FPX via TruePay, DGPay and CapitalPay (up to MYR 50,000) and local bank transfer. No Malaysia page we read lists GrabPay, Boost or ShopeePay.
GemBet withdrawal options: bank, voucher, crypto. The landing FAQ says most are processed within 2 to 45 minutes; the Help Centre, most bank transfers within 30 minutes. The cashier is narrower: 'fast' withdrawals within 20 minutes, up to MYR 5,000 daily; regular ones only 8 PM to 12 AM and 8 AM to 11 AM. GemBet says a 1% MYR withdrawal fee comes back as Daily Rebates. No page we read states a minimum withdrawal.
The Malaysia landing page leads with the Crypto Slots welcome bonus: 298% up to MYR 2,980, with a crypto deposit. Only one per player; the others are Slots 288% up to MYR 2,880, Sports 200% up to MYR 1,000 (150% up to MYR 750 on the Starter Pack page) and Live Casino 100% up to MYR 300. You need MYR 50 to claim, within 5 days of signup.
Stated terms for this sticky bonus, all within 30 days: Slots and Crypto Slots 25x (max stake MYR 5, max deposit MYR 1,000); Sports 12x, counting only the first bet per market at odds 1.50+ (max deposit: promo page MYR 500, Help Centre MYR 1,500); Live Casino 30x (max stake MYR 100, max deposit MYR 300). Help Centre examples apply turnover to deposit plus bonus, so read the full terms first.
GemBet lists live chat on its site and a Help Centre at intercom.help/gembet. It advertises '24/7 Customer Support', but none of the pages we read says live chat itself runs 24/7. GemBet's pages mention WhatsApp and Telegram only for VIP personal account managers, from Diamond I. Telegram also hosts a GemChat community, not a support channel.
The Malaysia site config lists English, Malay (Bahasa Malaysia) and Mandarin. The landing FAQ also lists Indonesian, French and German.
The footer on GemBet's Malaysia site and landing page lists a licence from the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros, number ALSI-122405027-FI2. We have not checked this number against the Anjouan register.
An older article on the Malaysia site still says 'Curacao Gaming License' with no number. The old Gaming Curaçao master-licence system closed in early 2025, and no GemBet page we read gives a Curaçao Gaming Authority licence number. Malaysia has no licensing regime for online casinos, so every online casino Malaysia players can reach, GemBet included, is offshore or unlicensed.
GemBet suits you if you want to deposit with DuitNow, Touch 'n Go, FPX or crypto and keep slots, live casino and a sportsbook in one MYR account. You also pick one welcome offer to fit how you play: Slots, Crypto Slots, Sports or Live Casino.

I wanted to like GemBet more than I do. Games lag a little during peak hours on weekends. They asked for the same verification documents three separate times. Usable, but shop around first.

I gave GemBet several chances and it kept letting me down. Messages to 24/7 live chat went unanswered for most of a day. Plenty of better options out there.

Deposited RM50 via FPX online banking to try it out and I am still undecided. Email support is polite but you often have to follow up twice. Withdrawals to Touch 'n Go eWallet have arrived within 12–24 hours every time, which matches what they advertise. Usable, but shop around first.

Deposited through GrabPay without a problem; getting money back out was another story. They list a PAGCOR (Philippines) licence but the service does not live up to it. Cannot recommend at this point.

Started with the minimum RM50 deposit through Touch 'n Go eWallet and have topped up a few times since. Deposits via GrabPay are credited instantly, no screenshots or waiting for an agent. One withdrawal took the full 12–24 hours window instead of arriving early like the others. Four stars; fix the small things and it is a five.

Good experience with GemBet overall, with one or two small things to note. Withdrawals to DuitNow have arrived within 12–24 hours every time, which matches what they advertise. My only gripe is that email is slower late at night. Recommended, with the small caveats above.

Deposited RM50 via DuitNow to try it out and I am still undecided. Account suspended pending 'review' and WhatsApp could not say how long that would take. I could not find any RTP information anywhere on the site, which does not inspire confidence. Manage your expectations and it is fine.

Stay away from GemBet. Support is only reachable at odd hours and even then the replies are templates. The 50% up to RM588 bonus is not what it seems: the 6x turnover on sports bets requirement plus game restrictions make it nearly impossible to clear. Game lag during peak hours and nobody cares. Reporting this so others are warned.
